====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-03-2019 Heard Sri Binod Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioners, who are accused in Khagaria (Gangaur) P.S. Case No. 370 of 2018, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners, who are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased, were residing separately and falsely they have been made accused.

However, on going through the material on record, particularly F.I.R. and considering the fact that case was instituted under Sections 304B/ 120B of the Indian Penal Code,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64054 of 2018(4) dt.05-03-2019 2/2 there is no reason to entertain the prayer for anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
