Petitioner is in custody in connection with Runisaidpur P.S. Case No. 114 of 2019 for the offence under sections 30, 30(a) 38 (I) 38(ii) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 85.125 liters of foreign liquor was seized from the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 22.5.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44344 of 2019(2) dt.18-07-2019 2/2 let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge 2nd cum Special Judge Excise, Sitamarhi, in connection with Runisaidpur P.S. Case No. 114 of 2019.
