2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.12.2024 passed by this court in Cr. Misc. No. 83582 of 2024 for extension of period of surrender of the petitioner before the court below.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 11.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 83582 of 2024, whereby petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of that order, but the petitioner could not surrender within time due to his illness.
