The petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 9 of 2014 arising out of Aurangabad Mufassil P.S. Case No. 144 of 2013 registered under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merit vide order dated 07.04.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50181 of 2013 by this Court and he is in custody since 27.06.2013. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3617 of 2015 (2) dt.18-02-2015 the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
