ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 06-12-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that though the petitioner has applied for sanction of loan amount under the Scheme called Venture Capital Fund for "Poultry Farm" and submitted the necessary application along with the relevant documents, the same was not considered by the respondent Bank authorities. Learned counsel has stated that the earlier scheme has lapsed and a new scheme has been introduced by the bank, namely, National Livestock Mission (NLM) and learned counsel has stated that the authorities may

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has stated that the petitioner may be directed to give a representation to the authoritiy concerned and the same shall be considered in accordance with law.

3. Having regard to the above made submissions, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to give a representation to the concerned authority within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
