Petitioner seeks bail in Nanpur P.S. Case No.71 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 363, 366-A Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence Ajay Kumar, Manisa Kumari, Bimla Devi along with two unknown persons came and Manisha Kumari took the daughter of the informant, Raghini Kumari, at the house of Bimla Devi. All of them have kidnapped her daughter for illegal purpose.

The victim on her recovery has given statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., wherein, she has not levelled any allegation against the petitioner. She had gone voluntarily with the

Petitioner is in custody since 30.04.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Pupri at Sitamarhi, in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No.71 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
