The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 150 of 2020 dated 02.09.2020 instituted for the offence under Sections 30(a), 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2018.

A total quantity of 63 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered from a three wheeler and 3 litres from one motorcycle. The petitioner is said to be the owner of the three wheeler.

However, looking at the period of custody of the petitioner, which is from 31.07.2021 and taking into account that he does not have criminal antecedent, he is directed to be
