2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 485 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 137, 96/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim minor girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 21.03.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Though the allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the victim minor girl but from the statement of the victim girl it appears that the victim girl had eloped with the petitioner and got married to him.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Vaishali at Hajipur/concerned Court below in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 485 of 2024.
