2. The present writ petition has been filed for setting aside the orders dated 04.12.2012 as well as 08.01.2013 passed by the Certificate Officer, Bhagalpur (Respondent no. 2) in Certificate Case No. 36/2006-07 by which body warrant has been issued against the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent-State invites reference to paragraph 8 of the counter affidavit in which it is stated that body warrant in question has already been recalled on 01.07.2014.
