No.135 of 2015 (2) dt.07-01-2015 2 / 2 for the petitioner that the chargesheet has been submitted under sections 341, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3(i)(x) of S.C./S.T.Act, but subsequently cognizance has been taken under sections 314 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of accusation and the period under custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 316 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif.
