Let that be corrected and be read as the submission on behalf of 'opposite party'.

Likewise, in the 3rd paragraph at page-3 of the order, the petitioner has to be fended by the opposite party only. In place of "opposite party", the word 'petitioner' has inadvertently been typed. The same also be read as 'opposite party'.

A further correction is made in the last page of the order. The word 'petitioner' in the first paragraph on that page be substituted with the word 'opposite party'.
