2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:
(i) for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/ orders by directing the concerned respondents authorities for the payment of sanctioned loans in favour of 28 victims as an ex-gratia assistance including the petitioner's General Secretary for the issuance of no dues certificates by the Bank
Patna High Court CWJC No.5061 of 2016(6) dt.25-09-2025 2/3 on the basis of loans waived by the State Government. It further prayed that the 28 riot victims may be equated in par with other similar situated victims of communal violence of Bhagalpur, 1989 in matter of loans waived by the State Government and the same loans was sanctioned by the different branch of State Bank of India in the district of Bhagalpur after post violence.
3. The supplementary counter affidavit on behalf of respondent nos. 3 and 4 is taken into account as it has been filed on behalf of the Collector, Bhagalpur.

6. That it is stated that the District Magistrate vide letter no.77 dated 05.11.2018 has again requested the Secretary, Statistic Finance and Implementation Programme Department, Government of Bihar, Patna that the allotment of Rs.
10,22,449.93/- is still awaited. It has been also informed that the matter is
Patna High Court CWJC No.5061 of 2016(6) dt.25-09-2025 3/3 pending before the Hon'ble High Court.
5. No further reply is on record, this being filed in the year 2018.
6. Mr. Rakesh Kumar Singh submits that the individual victim are not before this Court rather unregistered naxk ihfM+r jkgr dfefV has filed this petition.
7. In that background, instead of keeping the case pending, the same is disposed of allowing individual victim who has still not been granted the compensation amount to approach the respondent Collector, Bhagalpur who in the light of para-6 of his own affidavit shall look into the matter and the take the same to its logical conclusion.
8. The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
