The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "For issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction for quashing the memo no.- 1605/I.C.D.S., Bettiah, dated 28.11.2019 issued under the signature of respondent no.4, without considering the representation of the petitioner, submitted as per direction given by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 31.10.2018, whereby petitioner has been

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the learned civil court of competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
