2. Earlier on 21.08.2015, the Court had observed that identical matter was the subject matter of C.W.J.C. No. 19555 of 2011, which was dismissed by a co-ordinate Bench on 29.04.2015, against which L.P.A. had been filed and, thus, the present case was directed to be listed thereafter.
3. In the meantime, the appeal being L.P.A. No. 1586 of 2015 has also stood dismissed by order dated 06.03.2018.
4. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition.
