2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352 and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per F.I.R. itself, specific accusation of assault is against coaccused Ranglal Mahto and Sonu Kumar. So far as these petitioners are concerned, there is general & omnibus allegation. Petitioners are ladies and have got one criminal antecedent, in which, they are on bail.
4. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the fact that petitioners are ladies and there is general & omnibus allegation against them, the anticipatory bail petition is allowed. Let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Dighwara P.S.
