ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 6.12.2008 by which the Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C. IV, Jehanabad, in Criminal Revision No. 10 of 2006 has affirmed the order dated 1.4.2003 passed by the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in Case No. 1165/M of 1987.

Since it is a second Revision in the garb of an application under Section 482 Cr. P.C., I do not find any reason for interference, the application stands dismissed.
