2. This application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 15.09.2010 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Bidupur P.S. Case No. 99 of 2007 registered for the offences under Sections 406, 409, 420 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The stage of the case must have changed by now, as the order impugned is about fourteen years old.
