In this case, the petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 237 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 420, 409, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, the money was given for construction of building of the school, as per First Information Report, she has done the work of Rs. 10,94,807/- and rest of the amount i.e. Rs. 1,05,193/- remained with the present petitioner. From the certificate which has been attached as Annexure-3 to this application, the District Programme Officer, Vaishali, it appears that there is no due lying against the petitioner and she has completed the construction work of the building.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40806 of 2017 (2) dt.22-09-2017 Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Meena Srivastava, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 237 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
