This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 20 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 447, 448, 307, 354 & 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On account of some previous dispute, this occurrence is said to have taken place. The petitioners are said to have assaulted the injured but there is no injury caused upon him.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2016 of 2021(2) dt.03-11-2021 2/2 arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad, in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 20 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
