2. This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 10.05.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7627 of 2018, wherein, this Court had passed the following order:
"In the circumstances, it is expected from the respondent no.5, the Circle Officer, Lakdi Navi Ganj, Siwan, to take the proceeding of Encroachment Case No. 03/2017-18 to its logical conclusion, after giving due opportunity of hearing to all affected persons, to whom notice has already been issued, within a period of three months, after receipt/production of a copy of this order, in accordance with the provisions of the Act."
3. On perusal of the order dated 10.05.2018 passed in
Patna High Court MJC No.2540 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2025 2/2 C.W.J.C. No. 7627 of 2018, I find that the observation of the Court was that it expects from the respondent no.5 - the Circle Officer, Lakdi Navi Ganj, Siwan, who will conclude the encroachment case referred to therein within a period of three months in accordance with the provisions of the Act after giving due opportunity of hearing to the affected persons.
4. No positive direction is found to have been given to any of the respondents requiring compliance thereof.
5. Under the circumstances no case for contempt has been made out in the instant case..
6. Resultantly, the contempt petition stands closed and disposed off.
