2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Six liters of illicit country-made liquor has been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner. The house in question is in joint possession of the family and petitioner has got no concern with the alleged recovery. Petitioner is in custody since 24.05.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise Act, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with G.R. No. 790 of 2023, corresponding to Andhrathadhi P.S. Case No. 152 of 2023.
