Accordingly, the application of petitioner no. 2, Manorama Devi, is dismissed as withdrawn.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner no. 1 and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner no.1 apprehends arrest in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No. 207 of 2016 registered under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is father-in-law. There is specific allegation against husband, who is already in jail custody.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44060 of 2017 (3) dt.10-10-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner no. 1 be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City, Patna in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No. 207 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
