The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 606 of 2014 arising out of Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 19 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363/ 366(A) read with Section 34 of the Indian penal Code. Regard being had to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the observation made in the order dated 21.07.2014 passed in Cr. Misc.
