The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Banka P.S.Case No.188 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 337, 353, 431, 427 and 438 of I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is allegation of general and omnibus in nature. He further submits that similarly situated co-accused have already been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court vide orders dated 6.7.2017 passed in Cr.Misc. No.28598/17 and Cr.Misc. No.29210/17 respectively.

In that view of the matter, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37909 of 2017 (2) dt.11-08-2017 2/2 below within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Banka, in Banka P.S. Case No.188/17 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
