In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 321/2014 registered for offence under section 394 IPC and section 412 IPC was added. Allegation has been made in the first information report that the informant withdrew Rs. 10,000,00/- (ten lacs) and odd from the Bank. While he was returning, he was intercepted and on the point of gun all the money was looted away. During investigation, co-accused Sheru who was arrested, made confessional statement involving the petitioner in the aforesaid offence and so much so, Rs. 1,30,000/- was recovered from his possession which he could not explain.
