The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No. 76 of 2017 registered under Sections 323 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on perusal of Annexures-2 and 3, it appears that petitioner is a handicap person. The informant does not want to live with him. Prior to this case, she also lodged Complaint Case against the petitioner and his family members. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
