Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3 R.P. (U.P.) Act. Submission is that name of the petitioners surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Md. Firoj, who has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 29.04.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27967 of 2019 (Annexure-2). Petitioners are in custody since February, 2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43988 of 2019(2) dt.18-07-2019 2/2 below where the case is pending in connection with Saharsa (R.P.F.) Police Station Case No. 03 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
