JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 27.9.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47(a)(f) of the Excise Act.
70 liters of illicit liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
Though the petitioner is accused in four other cases of similar nature but considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Gaya in connection with Excise Case No. 29 of 2014.
The learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner in case the petitioner defaults without
