2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 364(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Ariyari P.S. Case No. 145 of 2017.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event the victim has been recovered same day from the Bolero vehicle with which the petitioner had no concern. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP submits on the basis of case diary that a number of witnesses have supported the prosecution case. In paragraph-52 of the case diary the petitioner has been found to be absconding and charge sheet submitted.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66342 of 2018(3) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
