2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"(i) for staying the construction work of Panchayat Sarkar Bhavan upon the Raiti land of petitioner bearing Khata No. 96, Keshra No. 1248 and 1249 under Mauza-Lakhankiyari, District- Jamui.

(ii) for holding that petitioner has been

Patna High Court CWJC No.10484 of 2026(2) dt.21-07-2026 2/2 granted liberty to filed title suit in the competent civil court pursuant to order dated 28.04.2026 passed in CWJC No. 5645 of 2026 and in compliance of said order, mandatory notices U/s- 80 of CPC has already been served to concerned respondents 60 days prior to filing suit upon the land in question, but work has already been started.

(iii) for any reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition to move before the competent Civil Court as was directed in the order dated 28.04.2026 in CWJC No.5645 of 2026 (Arjun Das vs. The State of Bihar).

4. Granting said liberty, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
