2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Shahkund (Sajour) P.S. Case No. 235/2022 registered under section 341, 323, 325, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim girl. The petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2023

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.
