The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Imamganj P.S. case No. 79 of 2018 registered under Section 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The Observer in Child Development Programme Office, Imamganj alleged that petitioner submitter her application form for appointment on the post of Aangavari Sevika but on verification it was found that petitioner submitted forged and fabricated educational certificates. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner did not file any petition for withdrawal of the application submitted for appointment on the post of Aanganvari Sevika but it appears from the records that in the application form of the petitioner fake and fabricated educational

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74510 of 2018(3) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 certificates were attached.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
