JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-09-2022 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 05.03.2020 passed by the Circle Officer, Bakhtiyarpur, District-Patna in Encroachment Case No. 15 of 2019-20, by filing appropriate appeal.

Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, status quo existing as on today qua the plot in question, shall be maintained, till the disposal of the appeal to be filed by the petitioner.

It goes without saying that in case the appeal, as

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
