It is submitted on behalf of the respondents that the writ petition has become infructuous since the post is no longer functional.

Be that as it may, learned counsel for he petitioner submits that subsequent to the order dated 13.5.2015 his service has been taken back but he has not been paid honorarium for the duty discharged by him subsequent to his reinstatement under order dated 13.5.2015. He also complained that he has not been paid for

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will submit his claim for payment of honorarium for the period during which he has discharged the function of Chief Programme Co-ordinator in the office of the District Programme Officer, Samastipur.

Let the petitioner submit his application before respondent no.8 within a period of four weeks from today. In the event such an application is filed, respondent no.8 would be obliged to consider his claim with regard to number of days which he has worked and dispose of the claim by reasoned order within a period of three months thereafter. It is expected that in the aforesaid time frame, the amount found admissible and due to the petitioner, would be paid to him.

The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations and directions.
