The petitioner is in custody in connection with Buxar (T) P.S.Case No.374 of 2019 registered for an offence under Sections 392 and 386 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that four miscreants on the point of pistol took away car of the informant at lonely place and snatched Rs.12,000/- cash and from ATM Rs.20,000/-. During investigation, it has come that the car has been recovered from near Golambar. It is further alleged that seven persons including petitioner were found sitting in the car. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior

It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by a coordinate Benches of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.54566 of 2019 and Cr.Misc.No.42717 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 12.05.2019 having clean antecedent.

In view of the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S.Case No.374 of 2019.
