Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned. 2.

The petitioner, being the then member of the Vidyalay Shiksha Samiti, has filed the present writ application challenging the restoration of the engagement of respondents no. 8, 9 and 10 as Cooks in Middle School, Udaipur (Parbatta). 3.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the engagement of the Cooks was made by the entire committee and petitioner being one of the members of the Committee, has no

Patna High Court CWJC No.14201 of 2016(4) dt.16-05-2024 2/2 locus to challenge the engagement of Cooks. The majority of the members have engaged Cooks for the purpose of preparation of Mid-day meal in the School.

Regard being had to the nature of dispute in the present writ application as well as the submissions made on behalf of the State as well as respondents no. 8, 9 and 10, I do not find any merit in this application, as such, the same is dismissed.
