2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 448, 376, 511, 354(B), 354(C), 385 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 183 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the girl in question has not been examined before the learned court below nor medically examined. The petitioner is an accused in one other prior case of different nature.

4. Learned APP assisted by learned counsel appearing for the informant suo motu opposes the anticipatory bail petition. Reference has been made to various paragraphs of the case diary and in particular, statement of Munni Devi (para 5) as well as that of Kiran Kumar (para 6) who are independent witnesses and they have completely supported the prosecution case. So also Rohit Kumar, brother of the victim has stated in paragraph 34 of the case diary that objectionable photographs earlier taken by the petitioner with the victim were forwarded to WhatsApp with threat to make them viral

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65212 of 2018(3) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 lest Rs. 5,00,000/- is paid.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of offence alleged and considering the materials available in the case diary, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) BT/Chandran U T
