The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 486 of 2022 instituted for the offences under Sections 324, 326, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is of having assaulted the informant leading to one injury on his body. The occurrence took place while consuming toddy.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner and the informant were at

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50489 of 2022(2) dt.09-12-2022 2/2 loggerheads with respect to other issues and therefore this case has been lodged.

Though the petitioner has been made accused in about three cases earlier but in all such cases, he is on bail.

He is custody since 10.05.2022.

Considering the period of custody and the nature of accusation, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Magistrate- IX/Successor Court, Patna in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S.
