The petitioner seeks regular bail in Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 166 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant Pano Devi alleged that her daughter was married to Raghubir Paswan. Her daughter also gave birth to a child but thereafter her son-in-law and his father began to demand. It appears that the informant did not make any allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class,
