Petitioner seeks bail in Wazirganj (Tankuppa) P.S. Case No. 157 of 2014 registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The informant alleged that Rajesh Yadav fired on informant causing him leg injury. Petitioner Pahalwan Yadav is also alleged to have fired shot but the firing did not hit the informant. Rajesh Yadav has already been granted bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief
