The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kargahar (Sidhi) P.S. Case No. 180/2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 427, 384, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation has been made that the petitioner along other accused persons were demanding Rs. 1 lacs from the informant. On 29.06.2017, when the informant was getting repaired his house, all the family members of the accused persons started brick batting caused injury to the labourers. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the land belongs to the petitioner and the informant illegally wants to capture the same.
