2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party nos. 2 to 4 vide order dated 25.05.2026 passed by the Learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Jamui in connection with Garhi P.S. Case No. 38 of 2026 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 118(2), 109, 352 and 351(2)/3(5) of the BNS.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail was granted to the opposite party nos. 2 to 4 without

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46677 of 2026(2) dt.15-07-2026 2/2 considering the injury report of the victim which was already on record.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the Court below for cancellation of bail along with the injury report by way of filing an appropriate application and if such an application is filed then the same shall be disposed of by the concerned Court below within one month of its filing on its own merits.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this application stands disposed of.
