This application is for grant of bail in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S.Cae No.130 of 2012 corresponding to G.R.No.1096 of 2012 for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that except suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioner. Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has submitted that in the case diary, it has come that the accused persons were raising slogans naming this petitioner and a large number of cases is pending against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 17.02.2014.

Having heard both sides. In view of the fact that there is

No.2194 of 2015 (6) dt.08-02-2017 2/2 suspicion against the petitioner and he is accused in 26 other cases also, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude the trial on day-to-day basis. The Sr. S.P., Sitamarhi is also directed to produce witnesses on day-to-day basis.

The aforesaid order be complied strictly.

The learned court below is directed to dispose of the case as soon as possible.
