JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that one Subham Kumar outraged the modesty of the informant and assaulted her. Submission is that there is no direct allegation of any outraging of modesty against the petitioner as the police only submitted charge sheet under Section 504 of the I.P.C. but the court has taken cognizance under section 354 of I.P.C. too. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38954 of 2017 (2) dt.21-08-2017 2/2 namely, Amrendra Kumar @ Amrendra Singh be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad (Kalpa O.P.)
