====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE V.N. SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences under Section 498-A and other allied Sections of the Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the marriage between the petitioner and his wife, the complainant has since been dissolved by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Madhubani under order dated 03.06.2014, passed in Matrimonial Case No. 247 of 2013, Annexure-3 to the supplementary affidavit filed today.

Let petitioner, named above, surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41284 of 2014 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 production of a copy of this order in the Court below and thereafter be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/-(Rs. Five Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Jhanjharpur in connection with Complaint Case No. 21/2013.
