The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Janki Nagar P.S. Case No.33 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 302, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Divya Prakash, Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Purnia.

The accusation is that on account of construction of the drain in the filed of the informant by Colour Yadav, Nathan Yadav (petitioner) and Ranjan Lal Yadav, when the father of the informant made protest, this petitioner and others tied the rope at the father of the informant and, thereafter, Binod Yadav pierced

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48134 of 2017 (2) dt.16-10-2017 2/2 Bhala at the stomach of the father of the informant causing blood oozing injury, as a result of which the father of the informant died. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
