2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with NCB Crime Case No. 06 of 2024 arising out of N.D.P.S. Case No. 42 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Section 20(b)(ii)(c), 25, 29, 8(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985.

3. Earlier, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 74688 of 2024.

4. I do not see any fresh ground to reconsider the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52312 of 2025(4) dt.19-01-2026 2/2 earlier order dated 19.03.2025 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 74688 of 2024.
