2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other named accused persons committed the murder of the daughter of the informant over the issue of non-payment of installments of loan, which was taken by her (deceased) for petitioner.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased and marriage of the deceased (daughter of the informant) was solemnized 15 years ago with Raju Mahto. Informant is not eye-witness of the occurrence. Petitioner never demanded any dowry and due to family feud, the deceased herself committed suicide. It is further submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45143 of 2025(2) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 that on 21.08.2023, the informant has filed a petition before the Court below regarding non-involvement of the petitioner in the aforesaid crime. Petitioner is in custody since 20.02.2025 having clean antecedent.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Heard learned APP for the State.

7. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection Didhwalia P.S. Case No. 206 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below/court concerned.
