JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The informant being father in law of the petitioner claimed that petitioner burnt his wife and two children to death and having got the aforesaid information when he reached in the village of the petitioner, he found that the dead bodies of the deceased persons had already been cremated but in course of investigation, at para 3 of the case diary, the informant admitted that he got information regarding the death of his daughter and her children and having got the aforesaid information, he went at the matrimonial home of his daughter and participated in the cremation but later on, when he came to his village, his villagers advised him to lodge the case as some suspicion crept in his mind

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51922 of 2014 (3) dt.10-04-2015 and thereafter, the present case was lodged. Furthermore, the covillagers of the petitioner stated that due to petty family feud, deceased along with her children committed suicide. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran in connection with Turkaulia (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 28 of 2014.
