====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-10-2017 Heard Sri Satyendra Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Mairwa P.S. Case No.145 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 30(A), 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act,2016, has prayed for grant of bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that save and except confessional statement of co-accused Sanjay Tiwary, there is no material against the petitioner. He further submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It has been argued that the petitioner was never earlier made accused relating to the Excise Act.

District & Sessions Judge II, Siwan in connection with Mairwa P.S.
